12V 3A Adjustable Access Power Unit

Unit measures 120 × 90 × 35 mm and weighs approximately 450g due to its solid iron housing. Delivers regulated DC 12V output with a rated capacity of 3A — suitable for continuous duty in access control applications. White-painted iron case provides corrosion resistance and mechanical rigidity. Rear panel includes a pre-drilled hanging hole for direct wall mounting using M4 screws or nylon wall plugs. Delay function is implemented via onboard potentiometer: users can set activation delay anywhere from immediate response (0s) to full 15 seconds — supporting use cases like timed exit release, anti-passback logic, or integration with keypad or card reader outputs. Output contact type (NC or NO) is configurable via internal jumper or terminal selection — confirmed compatible with standard electric locks used across UK commercial and multi-occupancy dwellings. Anti-interference design minimises false triggering caused by transient surges or electromagnetic coupling — especially valuable when installed in proximity to elevator controllers, lighting ballasts or UPS systems in shared plant rooms.
