Internally, it integrates two original low-Rds(on) MOSFETs paired with a high-gain driver stage — engineered for minimal voltage drop, reduced switching losses, and stable operation at elevated frequencies. Operation is centred around a digital encoder knob, providing tactile, zero-drift speed adjustment with selectable step resolution (0.1–25). Users define minimum output to guarantee motor rotation under load or LED illumination at lowest setting; maximum output caps speed or brightness before reaching 100% duty cycle — protecting both load and power supply. Soft start/stop timing (0.0–9.9 s) mitigates current spikes, extending motor brush life and reducing audible coil whine. Front-panel push-button allows immediate local control, while terminal blocks support external switch integration for PLC, timer, or sensor-based automation. Supplied in a standard 5135 instrument case with rear cover, it’s ready for flush-mounting in industrial cabinets, mobile machinery interfaces, or benchtop development stations.
