120W Digital Sub Amp Board

Compact mono subwoofer amplifier board featuring the TPA3116D2 digital power amplifier IC. Rated for 120W RMS into 4Ω at 24V DC, with functional operation from 9V to 24V DC. Board measures 105 × 70 × 30 mm and weighs approximately 180 g. Housing uses black PCB substrate with supplementary metal thermal mass. Integrated features include line-level input stage (mono/stereo selectable), pre-amplification, and active low-pass crossover filtering. User adjustment is provided via two multi-turn potentiometers controlling subwoofer gain, crossover point, and system master volume. Input compatibility limited to line-level sources only (e.g., AV receiver pre-outs, DACs, mixers); speaker-level inputs are not supported. Output engages only when input signal remains within defined operational window (~1W reference)—preventing idle noise or overload. Supplied fully assembled, tested, and ready for direct connection per included schematic.
