12 Inch Folding Dough Press

A 12-inch (30 cm) folding dough press made from durable metal with reinforced aluminium hinges and non-stick pressing plates. Its weight (~2.8 kg) offers stable operation without sliding, while the round mould shape supports consistent circular results. Designed for versatility: works equally well with soft unleavened doughs (tortillas, chapati), filled items (empanadas, quesadillas) and baked goods (pies, cookies, chocolate discs). Rinse plates with hot water before initial use and dry completely. Use parchment paper to prevent sticking and simplify cleaning; apply light vegetable oil before storing to protect the surface. Slight colour or dimension variances (±1–3 cm) may occur due to manufacturing tolerances but do not compromise usability.
