100X Achromatic RMS Objective Lens

A high-performance 100X achromatic objective lens calibrated for 195 mm finite focus microscopes, designed for demanding biological imaging tasks. With a minimal working distance of just 0.13 mm, it enables close-proximity observation of thin specimens. It mounts via standard RMS thread (0.8 inch diameter, 36 threads per inch), ensuring broad compatibility. The optical elements are made from precision-ground optical glass and feature multi-layer coating for high transmittance across visible wavelengths. Oil immersion is required to achieve nominal 100X magnification and optimal resolution. The copper housing has a silver finish and incorporates a spring protection device to absorb impact and avoid front-lens damage during operation. Supplied as a single unit: 1 x 195 mm achromatic objective lens.
