0.5PPM Temp-Compensated Crystal Module

This crystal module measures 3.2 mm × 2.5 mm × 0.9 mm and weighs approximately 0.03 g. It delivers 0.5 PPM frequency stability over temperature, enabled by an integrated temperature compensation circuit that dynamically adjusts oscillator output to counteract thermal drift. The module is constructed from flame-retardant PC (polycarbonate) housing and features a standard 4-pin surface-mount footprint compatible with reflow soldering processes. Designed for direct replacement in existing designs, it requires powered-down installation: remove the original crystal, align the module’s pins precisely onto the pads, and solder—no firmware update, calibration or configuration is needed. It is suited for high-precision timing in HF/VHF transceivers (including FT-817, FT-857 and FT-897), test & measurement instruments, aerospace avionics subsystems, and laboratory-grade scientific equipment.
