0.03kg Ferrous-Immune Pump Switch

Precision-engineered G 1/2"-1/2" electronic pump switch for low-pressure shower start-up and solar thermal circulation. Standard BSP connections: G 1/2" male inlet, 1/2" female outlet; compact footprint (85 × 42 mm); weight ~280 g; operational temperature limit 70°C average. Core innovation is its triple-compartment internal structure — water channel, magnetically shielded actuation zone, and encapsulated control electronics — eliminating magnetic coupling with iron/steel pipes that compromise standard flow switches. Triggers consistently at 0.03 kg/cm² pressure — equivalent to gentle hand-pump flow — making it effective for solar collector initiation and weak-mains shower support. Solid-state design ensures silent, spark-free, maintenance-free operation with no contact wear — ideal for permanent installation behind walls or inside cabinets. Deployed in over 3,200 UK domestic installations since 2021, primarily in areas with aging infrastructure (e.g., Greater Manchester, Glasgow, Bristol) and certified solar thermal retrofits (MCS-compliant). Compatible with standard 230 V AC pump controllers and widely used with Grundfos Alpha2, Wilo Stratos, and Lowara ESW series pumps.
