Restrictions on plant protection products (PPPs): PPPs may only be applied to open land if it is used for agricultural, forestry, or horticultural purposes. For applications on other areas (so-called non-agricultural land such as courtyards, garage driveways, and footpaths) or on paved surfaces, you need an exemption permit from the plant protection service responsible for your area (§ 12 para. 2 of the Plant Protection Act). The application of glyphosate-containing plant protection products is prohibited: 1. on unsealed surfaces paved with slag, chippings, gravel, and similar materials (paths, squares, and other non-agricultural land) where there is a risk of direct or indirect runoff into bodies of water or sewers, drainage systems, street drains, and storm and wastewater sewers, unless the responsible authority prescribes an application method with the permit that ensures that there is no risk of runoff. 2. Directly adjacent to surfaces sealed with concrete, bitumen, paving stones, slabs, and similar materials (paths, squares, and other non-agricultural land) where there is a risk of direct or indirect runoff into bodies of water or sewers, drainage systems, street drains, and storm and wastewater sewers, unless the competent authority prescribes an application method with the permit that ensures there is no risk of runoff. Further information: Plant protection products consisting of or containing glyphosate and intended for use on open land not used for agricultural, forestry, or horticultural purposes may only be supplied to another person if the supplier has previously been presented with a permit issued to the other person in accordance with Section 6 Paragraph 3 of the Plant Protection Act. Since the application and storage of the product are beyond our control, we assume no liability. Product description: ETISSO® Total - Weed-Free ULTRA is a non-selective foliar herbicide with systemic action. It is absorbed through the green parts of the plant and distributed throughout the entire plant, including the underground parts (roots, runners, storage organs), via the sap flow. Even perennial weeds and grasses are effectively controlled in this way. The product has no soil activity. Application: For: pome fruit, ornamental plants, lawns and paths, areas with woody plants. Against: dock species, fleabane, dog's mercury, stinging nettle, thistle species, speedwell species, white goosefoot, buttercup, hemp-nettle species, sweet vernal grass, coltsfoot, chamomile, cleavers, knotweed, groundsel, dandelion, orache, couch grass, fern, panicle species, reed, chickweed, plantain, white clover, cow parsley, hedge bindweed, and field bindweed. Also suitable for conventional lawn grasses. Properties: Rapid absorption by weeds and unwanted grasses; no soil action; foliar herbicide with systemic action. Not controlled: horsetail, germander, ground elder, stonecrop. Instructions for use: Brush application: Individual weeds can be controlled down to the root with ETISSO® Total - Weed-Free ULTRA using a wick applicator. Add 30 ml of ETISSO® Total - Weed-Free ULTRA to 100 ml of water and brush onto the weeds, ensuring the leaves are not thoroughly wetted. Do not apply to cultivated areas.
